Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to information about you when you visit this website.
It covers this public website only. Protected health information created or maintained within a treatment relationship is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices (HIPAA Notice), not by this policy.
1. This website does not collect information from you
There is no form on this website, no message facility, and no other way to send us information through it. You cannot submit your name, your contact details, a medical history, or anything else here.
We publish a telephone number and a link to the Patient Portal. Both take you somewhere else — to a telephone call, or to a separate secure system. Neither is a collection mechanism on this website.
2. No advertising, analytics or tracking
This website uses:
- no advertising or marketing trackers
- no behavioural analytics
- no session recording
- no tag manager
- no advertising identifiers
- no third-party measurement or optimisation service
We do not build a profile of you, and we do not create any persistent identifier for you.
3. How this site loads what it needs
Everything needed to display a page — the text, the styles, the typefaces, the images — is served from this website’s own address. Displaying a page makes no request to any other company.
The pages also run no scripts, apart from one small piece of code that operates the privacy notice described in section 5.
4. The Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a separate system operated by a third party. It is the only external destination linked from this website.
No request is made to it simply because you viewed a page here. It is contacted only when you choose to follow the link. When you do, the link opens in a new tab and does not tell the Portal which page you came from. Once you are there, that company’s own terms and privacy practices apply.
5. The privacy notice on this site
The short notice shown at the foot of the page records only that you dismissed it. It stores a single entry in your browser’s session storage, which:
- contains no identifier and nothing about you
- is never sent to us or to anyone else
- is discarded when you close the browser tab
That is the only thing this website stores in your browser. It sets no cookies of its own, and uses no persistent storage.
6. Technical information our providers receive
This website is delivered by hosting and security providers. To send a page to your device, and to protect the site from attack and abuse, those providers necessarily receive and process ordinary technical information about the request — such as the internet address it came from and the type of browser making it.
This processing is for delivering and protecting the website. It is not analytics, and we do not use it to study visitors or to build profiles.
7. Sharing
We do not sell information about you, and we do not share it for advertising. The only companies involved in this website are the providers that host and protect it, described in section 6.
8. Security
The site is a set of static pages with no database, no login and no stored visitor records, which means there is very little here to protect. Please do not send medical information by ordinary electronic means. For anything involving your health, telephone the practice or use the Patient Portal.
