1. Informational purpose
This website is an informational website. Its content is provided for general information and education, and is not medical advice. What that means in practice, and what it does not create, is set out in our Website Disclaimer.
2. About the practice
Every Man’s Health is a private men’s health practice in Ocala, Florida, founded by D. Russell Locke, M.D., a board-certified urologist. The practice addresses weight and body composition, testosterone, sexual health, and questions patients bring about newer treatments. Care follows an in-person evaluation, and is followed over time.
Every Man’s Health complements a primary-care physician and does not replace one.
3. Communicating with the practice
This website does not provide a form, a message facility, or any other way to send information to the practice. It publishes a telephone number, and a link to the Patient Portal.
- Prospective patients are asked to telephone the practice at (352) 861-2115 during office hours, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. No medical detail is needed to make the first call.
- Established patients should use the Patient Portal, which is the practice’s secure channel for communications involving health information.
Ordinary electronic communication is not fully secure. Please do not send detailed or sensitive medical information by ordinary electronic means.
Messages are reviewed during office hours and are not monitored continuously. Do not rely on electronic communication for anything time-sensitive. For urgent or emergency concerns, see our Website Disclaimer — in an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
4. Permitted use
You may read, print and share this website’s pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that would interfere with anyone else’s use of it.

The content, design and trademarks on this website are owned by or licensed to Every Man’s Health, and may not be used without permission.
6. Links to other sites
This website links to the Patient Portal, which is operated by a third party and is not part of this website. When you follow that link you leave this site, and the Portal operator’s own terms and privacy practices apply to your use of it. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

This website is provided as it is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current at any given moment.
